Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of investments to help train a leading AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across investment memos, LBO outputs, portfolio reviews, LP reports, and exit decks.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a deal-facing PE role, strong investment storytelling, and expert PowerPoint craftsmanship with meticulous written communication. This is a remote, flexible engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (investment memos, LBO outputs, portfolio reviews, 100-day plans, LP reporting, exit decks).
• Develop and polish IC materials and investment narratives to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure slide quality and accuracy.
