Mindrift is seeking actively practicing MDs/DOs with an unrestricted US license to review clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation projects. You will assess vignette quality, scoring, and rationales across multiple medical domains, then participate in blinded reads with physician adjudication.

The role is project-based, remote, with flexible hours (10–20 hrs/week during active phases). Onboarding includes a $50 reward after first approved task and earnings per approved task, around $100/hr

Qualifikationen

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and unrestricted US license.
• Board certification or residency with direct patient care.
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation projects.
• Score vignette reasoning quality and answer accuracy.
• Write short rationales and document reasoning traces.
• Collaborate with adjudicators to ensure quality and consistency.
