Job summary

AirPro Diagnostics is recruiting automotive diagnostic technicians to work from home, focusing on Mazda dealership experience. The role involves remotely performing pre-scans and post-repair scans to support proper repair and re‑calibration in collision repair facilities.

The position is hourly (not flat rate) and requires strong diagnostic tool skills, the ability to interpret data, and good communication with clients. A Windows-based computer and reliable home office setup are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years performing hands-on automotive repairs.
• 2+ years as a diagnostic master/lead technician.
• 1 year experience dealing directly with customers.
• ASE or OEM certifications (not required but nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-scan and post-repair diagnostics remotely to assist in proper repairs and recalibration.
• Operate scan tools and communicate findings to technicians and clients.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostic data and configurations.
• Provide guidance to collision repair facilities to achieve OBD/ADAS accuracy.
