Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in aviation, supply chain, procurement, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Materials Management, Materials Coordination or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interview required to meet qualifications.
• Reliable, punctual attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all required material to support scheduled maintenance visits.
• Identify material requirements and sourcing strategies using on-hand inventory or best practices.
• Coordinate material availability to meet strict timelines.
• Source, purchase, monitor, track, and close purchase orders for aircraft needs.
• Resolve PO, paperwork, and shipment discrepancies.
• Set up internal part numbers for new demand and ensure system compliance.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal repair shops.
• Coordinate and monitor shipping, provide status updates to customers.
• Track stock transfers to support aircraft requirements.
• Identify trends and supply chain issues and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with inventory to ensure future plans meet maintenance demand.
• Research alternative means to meet demand when needed.
• Ensure correct parts are requested with internal/external partners.
• Adhere to all corporate and government manuals and contract terms.
• Attend audits and other meetings for supported aircraft.
