Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification within 3–6 months of hire; valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and perform manual tasks; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; communicate clearly and assist operations.
• Perform manual labor: pick inventory, count cargo, move materials, hand-staging and loading goods; use hand truck or pallet jack.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials; prepare and assemble orders; move materials between areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks/pallets according to size, type, etc.
• Operate forklift once certified if required.
• Complete forms, labels and information to ensure inventory accuracy and track deliveries.
• Use hand tools to close/open crates and packaging; basic tasks.
