Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift certification required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• Operate hand and power tools and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to train and lead staff and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Lead staff and provide work direction; prioritize and assign work.
• Perform forklift operations, including heavy and oversized pieces.
• Coordinate receipts, storage and distribution of materials.
• Prepare and assemble orders; pick, count and move materials.
• Oversee warehouse maintenance and resolve issues.
• Verify inventory documents and ensure successful deliveries.
