Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a program management professional to support the MassHealth appeals, claims resolution, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder communication. This remote role emphasizes collaboration across departments to ensure timely submission and accurate handling of processes.

You will help maintain documentation, calendars, and governance activities, coordinate meetings, and assist leadership in monitoring compliance and operational performance across MassHealth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; experience can substitute.
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience.
• 1–2 years with Medicaid, MassHealth, or government programs preferred.
• 1–2 years in managing reporting processes and compliance workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MassHealth operational activities and timelines with stakeholders.
• Prepare, compile, and submit MassHealth regulatory reports and deliverables.
• Receive, track, and distribute MassHealth communications; monitor responses.
• Coordinate governance, committee, and meeting activities and logs.
• Support MassHealth processes including updates, tracking, and system updates.
• Maintain calendars, templates, and documentation to support compliance.
• Assist stakeholders in gathering information and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Maintain shared resources and departmental tools (OnBase, POSC, SharePoint, Teams).
• Produce routine reports and support leadership in monitoring performance.
• Identify issues and communicate findings to leadership for action.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure policy compliance.
