Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of project or program management experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid, MassHealth, or government programs is a plus.
• Prior experience managing reporting processes and compliance workflows preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MassHealth operational activities, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit routine MassHealth regulatory reports and contractual deliverables.
• Distribute MassHealth communications and track responses; escalate as needed.
• Support governance activities, meeting logistics, and action-item follow-ups.
