Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled program manager to support the appeals and claims resolution process and coordinate communications across departments.

This remote role supports MassHealth operations, governance activities, and regulatory reporting, with standard Monday–Friday hours and local travel as needed. You will maintain documentation, track deliverables, and help ensure compliance with contractual requirements while partnering with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; experience can be considered in lieu of a degree (as stated).
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Medicaid/MassHealth/government program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MassHealth operational activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit MassHealth regulatory reports and contractual deliverables on schedule.
• Manage communications and escalate issues for leadership review as needed.
• Support governance, committee activities, and meeting logistics.
