Aleron Group is seeking a Marketing Technologist with 7-10 years of experience who understands the technical side of marketing, including landing pages, A/B testing, email campaigns, and CRM/marketing automation platforms. This role sits across our family of brands and requires the ability to move between projects and priorities with ownership and initiative.

A design background helps, but the key is being a true self-starter who delivers results in a modern, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort manipulating data in Excel.
• Self-starter and able to work autonomously with motivation.
• Attention to detail and sharp organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with ability to work independently.
• Experience with CMS like WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Experience analyzing websites with Google Analytics and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage A/B testing across multiple channels.
• Create and optimize landing pages.
• Update templates and run across five brand sites.
• Find and fix website errors proactively.
• Evaluate brand sites for conversion and UX aligned with goals.
• Work within CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Collaborate with brand leaders to plan digital campaigns that work.
• Build and run email campaigns with templates.
• Develop keyword ad copy and campaign strategy within guidelines.
• Run SEO audits and fix on-page issues.
• Monitor brand presence in traditional and AI search tools and adjust content.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in content, testing, and reporting.
