CEIS Power is seeking a Marketing Strategy Consultant I in Cedar Rapids, IA, with occasional remote work. The role supports creation and delivery of customer solutions and products through marketing and communications channels.

You will coordinate activities to engage employees and customers, reinforce the brand, and assist with events and campaigns. The position reports to a Manager and requires collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing or related area.
• 2 years of technical or professional experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure marketing includes employee awareness of company information and activities.
• Recommend and support the best methods and types of marketing or communication tools to reinforce key messages.
• Use creative concepts and writing to reinforce company brand and market programs to employees and customers.
• Support planned marketing activities for internal and external customers with on-time delivery.
• Apply various marketing strategies to successfully meet target audience response.
• Participate in community events to enhance company reputation and brand.
