Job summary

The University of Law is seeking a proactive Marketing Strategist to join the Marketing and Sales team in a permanent role. This remote position offers 40 hours per week and focuses on student recruitment and market expansion.

You will lead data-driven marketing initiatives across the UK and international markets, shaping messaging, campaigns, and commercial propositions along the full student journey while managing the marketing budget.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies to support an organisation’s strategic plan.
• Experience presenting proposals at a senior level.
• Experience managing media agencies and relationships.
• Ability to extract insights from data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of strategic marketing management techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead on analysing market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with recruitment goals.
• Define and develop recruitment marketing positioning and consistent messaging.
• Create compelling messaging across platforms in line with the brand.
• Collaborate with sales, admissions, creative teams and international recruitment teams.
• Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to effective channels and campaigns.
