Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Associate, Marketing Project Management to support National Marketing and project teams. You will develop project plans, coordinate timelines, and manage creative and supplier partnerships to ensure on-time delivery of marketing campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a college degree in business/marketing and 4+ years of project management experience in marketing or advertising. This remote role offers collaboration with US property marketing teams and opportunities to leverage

Qualifications

College degree in business, marketing, or related area and/or 4+ years’ comparable experience in marketing, advertising, marketing communications, or project management.
Experience in managing projects of different levels of complexity.
Solid knowledge of managing projects and creative solutions for digital media channels.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and project management support to Marketing teams by developing project plans, timelines, and coordinating meetings and events.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and alert leaders to risks impacting on-time delivery.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage documentation, briefs, and assets for campaigns and product launches.
Create reports and updates on portfolio performance, budgets, and resource capacity for leadership reviews.
