Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Associate, Marketing Project Management to support National Marketing by coordinating project plans, timelines, meetings, and budgets for creative, digital, and supplier partnerships.

This role acts as a day-to-day contact for US property marketing teams, delivering status updates, reports, and process improvements. Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, marketing, or related area and/or 4+ years’ comparable experience in marketing or project management.
• Experience managing projects of varying complexity and coordinating creative or digital campaigns.
• Strong ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project management support to National Marketing by developing project plans and timelines.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate project team meetings and related activities and events.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and coordinate resources across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project deliveries.
• Develop reports and updates on portfolio performance and status for leadership and partners.
