New Charter Technologies is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to drive cross-company marketing initiatives from planning through execution. This remote role supports campaigns, digital marketing, events, and marketing operations across CT, MA, and NY markets.

You will build and deploy HubSpot campaigns, coordinate with agencies, and create KPI dashboards to measure impact on brand awareness, leads, and revenue. We value organized, proactive professionals who thrive in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience (tech/MSP/SaaS preferred).
• Experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, email, web, and events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting.
• Build and deploy HubSpot email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
• Coordinate assets with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Support CRM data quality, KPI dashboards, and campaign reporting.
