Job summary

MyPrize is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to strengthen the operational backbone of our fast-growing marketing team. You will own calendars and planning tools, execute campaigns, and serve as the quality gate for assets from agencies, partners, creators, and affiliates.

You will collaborate with Brand & Marketing, Partnerships, Product, LiveOps, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy, while improving processes and day-to-day workflows in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination or creator/influencer support; gaming/social entertainment experience is a plus.
• Highly organized; keep calendars, trackers, and project plans accurate and up to date.
• Sharp eye for detail to catch errors in creative, copy, links, and specs before go live.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Marketing Calendar; track timelines and changes across teams.
• Support Brand & Marketing planning with briefs and timelines.
• Execute campaigns across platforms; ensure assets go live on schedule.
