Job summary

Trolley-2 is looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day marketing and production activities. This part-time role (20 hours/week) focuses on drafting communications, organizing marketing materials, and assisting with outreach logistics.

The assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to streamline operations and prepare materials for various marketing initiatives. Candidates should have experience in social media coordination and a flair for content marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media coordination, content marketing, or operations.
• 1+ year of direct experience with ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity usage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft marketing materials including communications and campaign messaging.
• Assist with organizing and updating marketing materials.
• Prepare agendas and supporting materials for meetings.
