Nautilus Solar Energy seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to execute, optimize, and measure digital marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness and increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across priority markets. • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot including workflows, lists, forms, and reporting.
• Experience with data cleansing and maintaining marketing database accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute, optimize, and measure digital marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness and drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Administer HubSpot including workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
• Manage paid media campaigns and optimize website traffic growth and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales, policy, origination, and customer care teams to understand customer needs.
• Analyze campaigns and funnel performance with GA4, GA, and other tools to improve ROI.
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate marketing data across platforms.
