AlertMedia is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to build, execute, and continuously improve campaigns powering our marketing engine. You’ll work hands-on in Marketo and Salesforce to launch email and nurture programs, maintain CRM data quality, and partner with tools like Clay and Wrike to automate workflows.

You will collaborate with content, events, lifecycle, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure scalable, high-quality email programs and accurate attribution across

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing operations, campaign management, or email marketing, preferably B2B tech.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Strong QA mindset to catch broken links, mis-segmentation, and tracking gaps.
• Experience with audience segmentation and email deliverability at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own email and nurture program execution end to end in Marketo with QA and delivery.
• Maintain and optimize data hygiene; ensure accurate campaign member status mapping in SFDC.
• Coordinate webinar/event programs and scalable program templates for tracking.
• Produce reporting on email and nurture performance and ROI; drive optimization.
• Pilot AI-aware patterns in email workflows and support data enrichment workflows.
