Job summary

Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize the operational backbone of our Consumer Direct Marketing team.

This remote role reports to the VP, Originations Marketing and drives cross‑functional alignment, process standards, and compliant execution of campaigns. You will manage project workflows, asset management, and data intake, while leading change across marketing tools and processes to improve efficiency and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms (Smartsheet/Asana/Wrike).
• Strong ability to design, document, and optimize processes and workflows.
• Experience coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, or control functions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage marketing’s project management infrastructure and reporting.
• Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement standardized processes.
• Lead digital asset management, asset organization, and content approval standards.
• Oversee end-to-end creative operations, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain marketing policies, playbooks, and cross-team processes.
• Lead change management for new tools and workflows across marketing.
