Deque is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end health of HubSpot Marketing Hub and its Salesforce integration. You will audit workflows, fix data collection, and deliver accurate reporting proving marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.

You’ll sit in the Business Systems and RevOps teams, ensuring campaigns launch flawlessly, turning tech debt into clean automation, and answering questions about lead origins and touches.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in marketing operations or demand generation operations.
• B2B SaaS experience, especially with developer-facing or technical products.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience administering Marketing Hub and related assets.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot Marketing Hub, manage users, properties, and overall platform health.
• Audit workflows, forms, and lead lifecycle stages; overhauls to reduce friction and leaks.
• Build and deploy emails, campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lists.
• QA campaigns before launch: links, personalization, rendering, and WCAG compliance.
• Maintain campaign calendar and document processes for transparency and repeatability.
