ButterflyMX is hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic generalist and right hand to the Senior Marketing Director. This high-impact role supports a wide range of inbound and demand generation initiatives across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on content production. Remote work within the United States is available, with travel to trade shows 2–3 times yearly.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a B2B SaaS marketing role with multiple functions (email, events, content, paid media, automation).
• Proficient data analysis in Excel to drive insights and decisions.
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress and Salesforce for campaign execution.
• Ability to manage cross-functional marketing campaigns or projects end-to-end.
• Excellent organizational skills with hands-on execution and strategy balance.
• Hands-on experience planning and producing marketing content and collateral.

Aufgaben

• Support execution and oversight of demand gen marketing mix across social, email, events, content and media buying.
• Partner with Senior Marketing Director to manage cross-functional initiatives and campaign execution.
• Own partner marketing programs to drive engagement, leads, and revenue from integrations.
• Assist in producing marketing content including video, audio, and design graphics.
• Track KPIs, report results, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX and Product on enablement, GTM, collateral, and video production.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve processes, creative, and performance across channels.
