Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Marketing Events Account Lead in Los Angeles to oversee operational planning and execution of account events. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, resources, and vendors while ensuring on-time, compliant delivery and high client service.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple events, and drive process improvements to enhance attendee experience. This remote role offers flexibility and the option to work from Crowe offices when available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on event operations experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines across multiple events.
• Experience establishing event objectives and measuring outcomes or ROI.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned account events.
• Lead planning and execution of market-facing events, leadership meetings, and internal events.
• Develop and manage event project plans: objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, logistics, tech, vendor coordination.
• Coordinate event intake, scheduling, and resource allocation with event and business leaders.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and per firm policies.
• Identify, source, and manage vendors per event requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support event execution and issue resolution.
• Facilitate attendee and engagement data handoff to marketing and sales for post-event follow-up.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance delivery and attendee experience.
