Job summary

itD is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic partner marketing events while driving operational excellence across event programs. This role will support Industrial marketing events through event logistics, cross-functional coordination, and event promotion support.

The role partners with event owners, partner marketing, sales, communications, web, and social stakeholders to keep event execution organized from planning through post-event

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating B2B events (in-person, webinars, roadshows, customer engagements, partner programs, or executive events)
• Strong event logistics and project management skills across timelines, registrations, run of show, speaker readiness, vendor/platform logistics, and follow-up
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partner, web, social, and communications stakeholders
• Ability to promote events across email, social, web, partner communications, and internal stakeholder updates
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple event workstreams
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale events, experiential marketing initiatives, or program management and manage complex project plans with multiple stakeholders
