Job summary

Blend360 is seeking a Marketing Enablement & Project Manager to support its North American Marketing Services and Practice Development teams. This role focuses on bringing marketing capabilities to market, creating enablement materials, and coordinating cross-functional projects from concept to completion.

The position is a fully remote, 6-month consulting engagement (W2, Blend, no sponsorship) with benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, life insurance, and EAPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, enablement, product marketing, project management, consulting, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish including planning, coordination, execution, and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and levels.
• Experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and training resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, presentations, one-pagers, and training resources.
• Develop educational content translating offerings into clear messaging.
• Prepare business development presentations and executive-level decks.
• Partner with stakeholders to prep sales teams for new product launches.
• Develop training materials to position and sell new solutions.
