Job summary

PeoplePartners Inc. is seeking a US-based Marketing Data Operations Analyst for an 8-week, remote night-shift contract. You will bridge marketing, data, and operations, handling campaign data, mailing files, and reporting using Excel and large datasets.

You should have 2+ years in marketing operations or data-related roles, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to own tasks end-to-end. Print advertising experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, analytics, data operations, CRM/database marketing, or similar data-driven environment.
• Hands-on Excel experience with intermediate functions.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Experience cleaning, validating, formatting, and preparing data for marketing, reporting, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate print advertising campaigns from planning through deployment.
• Build and maintain campaign plans, schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Work with large datasets, mailing lists, and marketing databases.
• Review incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Use Excel to format, clean, append, validate, reconcile, and organize data.
• Prepare mailing and campaign files and confirm they meet requirements.
