National Register of Health Service Psychologists seeks a Marketing Coordinator to drive recruitment, retention, and integrated marketing efforts. The role collaborates with marketing and program staff to develop comprehensive strategies and metrics, with ownership of execution and reporting.

The position is fully remote with standard ET business hours and a salary range of around $60,000–$70,000, plus employer-funded medical, dental, vision, paid leave, and retirement matching after one year.

Competenze

• At least two years of relevant marketing/communications experience, customer service, and/or client relationship development.

• Plan, write, and execute campaigns to members, prospective members, and stakeholders.
• Plan multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase recruitment and retention.
• Design social media graphics, ads, flyers, and brochures.

• Coordinate social media efforts including posts and advertising.
• Track and report marketing, communications, and membership data.
