Job summary

SecureIT is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to organize and execute marketing and corporate communications. You will convert priorities into a coordinated calendar and drive activities from planning to delivery within the People & Operations team.

You’ll manage social content, newsletters, webinars, events, internal communications, and brand guidelines, while coordinating assets, website updates, and repurposing thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content coordination, or related role.
• Experience managing content calendars and coordinating campaigns, contributors, and deadlines.
• Experience formatting and editing business communications for different audiences and channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall marketing and communications calendar, ensuring activity is visible, coordinated and delivered.
• Coordinate with executives, SMEs and contributors to identify inputs and content opportunities.
• Draft, coordinate and schedule social media content.
• Coordinate newsletters, webinars, events, campaigns and other external communications.
• Maintain internal communications calendar and company announcements.
• Support drafting and formatting of internal/corporate communications.
• Maintain brand templates and ensure consistency with fonts, logos, tone and visuals.
• Act as day-to-day brand steward and ensure materials follow brand guidelines.
• Coordinate website and digital-content updates.
• Repurpose thought leadership into marketing content.
• Manage deadlines, approvals and dependencies and follow up with contributors.
• Maintain basic reporting on marketing activity and engagement.
• Use AI tools to improve drafting and efficiency.
