Ambius, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Senior Marketing Manager with campaigns, digital content, and event coordination. You will be the go-to for internal requests and help drive lead generation across local markets.

The role requires 1–2 years in marketing, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong written and verbal communication skills, plus familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Mansioni

• Assist in executing marketing programs to promote Ambius products/services and to assist in increasing sales.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting and summarizing campaign metrics, advertising metrics, digital metrics, event metrics, market research metrics, and sales lead data.
• Coordinate the communications, digital, and events calendar for the category.
• Work with the Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager on category information feeding campaigns for social media, ad placement, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate and assist in execution of tactical plans with the Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager, including collecting and reporting on leads and sales.
• Provide month over month and year over year reporting for trade shows, advertising and promotions, campaigns, social media, and web form performance data.
• Work with shared services to update web pages, social media, landing pages, marketing storefront, and SEO adherence.
• Point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department.
• Track invoices and expenses against budget and report to Marketing Director and Finance.
• Manage inventory of in-house premiums and storefront fulfilment.
• Research partnerships and sponsorships based on competitive review.
• Own and organize the central Digital Asset Management (DAM) / photo library.
