Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Ambius marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital initiatives, and coordinating events to promote Ambius products and services. You will serve as a key contact for internal requests and help track performance across campaigns and channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area.
• Highly creative, autonomous and problem-solver.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and switch tasks quickly.
• Understanding of brand management and awareness.
• Knowledge of lead creation, nurturing, and management.
• Experience with marketing automation systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing programs to promote Ambius products/services and support sales.
• Prepare marketing reports and campaign metrics.
• Coordinate communications, digital, and events calendar for the category.
• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager on campaigns for social media, ads, partnerships.
• Coordinate and assist in tactical plan execution and lead reporting.
• Provide monthly/yearly reporting for trade shows, advertising, campaigns, and web form performance.
• Work with shared services to update web pages, social media and landing pages.
• Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders and track status of ongoing work.
• Track invoices and expenses against budget and report Fiscal status to Marketing Director.
