Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Marketing Coordinator based in the United States. In this role you will plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital channels, organize campaign schedules, and draft engaging communications to build brand awareness.

You will track performance analytics, support cross-functional teams with sales, product, and design, and help drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns and thoughtful content.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing coordination or related experience.
• Strong written communication and brand voice consistent to guidelines.
• Experience with marketing software (email, social, CMS, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and paid digital channels.
• Write and edit marketing copy for newsletters, promotional campaigns, and website updates.
• Maintain marketing content calendars, schedule digital assets, and monitor deadlines across teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
• Partner with internal sales, product, and design teams to align marketing collateral with core initiatives.
