Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator for the FordDirect team. You will support client accounts, learn integrated marketing strategies, and collaborate with RAMs, Production, OEM, and Onboarding teams to ensure timely deliverables.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, organization, and a proactive approach in a remote, full-time salaried position. Candidates should reside in the continental U.S. within EASTERN or CENTRAL time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 0–2 years’ professional experience preferred.
• Agency experience preferred in automotive marketing or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity’s processes, account management, and Apollo® platform.
• Assist with preparation of client communications and meeting materials.
• Document client meeting discussions and conference calls.
• Maintain communication with account teams on deliverables and status.
• Resolve client questions promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Understand clients’ goals and organize deliverables for productive campaigns.
