Proven ability to develop simple, practical tools for leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

Change Planning: Build and manage change approaches for 10+ GSM initiatives.
Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify stakeholders and develop engagement plans.
Impact Assessment: Assess effects on teams, roles and processes; translate into support plans.
Readiness & Adoption Support: Define readiness activities and required support.
Leader Enablement & Communications: Provide messaging, FAQs, leader updates and materials.
Measurement & Feedback: Establish simple metrics to track readiness and adoption.
Cross-Initiative Coordination: Align efforts across GSM and related programs.
Partnership Across GSM: Align change efforts with GSM goals and scope.
