Qualifications

• 4+ years of end-to-end marketing campaign project management, campaign operations, or related experience.
• Experience managing campaign timelines, budgets, financial reconciliation, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with data analytics and project management tools such as Tableau, Sigma, MODE, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Excel, and Airtable.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology or subscription-based companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing campaign operations, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, contract execution, technical setup, and asset tracking.
• Track campaign budgets and marketing spend, reconcile invoices, validate redemptions, and support month-end financial accruals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Compliance, Business Insights, Paid media, and external merchant teams to resolve billing discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, prepare weekly spend and performance reports, and manage audit documentation and internal records.
