You will draft content, track opportunities, and collaborate on capability statements and presentations. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour with remote flexibility; candidates pursuing business, marketing, or communications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and professional email communication.
• Strong research, organization, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Follow up with agency contacts through approved emails and track opportunity status and next steps.
• Research potential clients, government agencies, and business partners.
• Maintain opportunity trackers and update capability statements, company profiles, and presentations.
• Draft LinkedIn and social media posts promoting company services, news, hiring, and events.
• Create simple graphics using Canva and maintain a content calendar.
• Draft, edit, and publish approved website articles and company updates.
• Track basic social media engagement and suggest content improvements.
