Job summary

Xplor Field Services is seeking a Marketing Associate to support demand generation across paid, email, web, social, content, partner, event, and customer channels. This role partners with Product and Product Marketing to translate product innovations into clear, relevant communications for customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-minded, and able to manage multiple initiatives, gaining broad SaaS marketing experience while contributing to growth for FieldEdge and Service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 2+ years in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns with tight deadlines.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of email marketing, digital advertising, social media, web content, and analytics.
• Comfort with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to translate product concepts into clear customer value and messaging.
• Curiosity and practical use of AI to improve marketing quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, build, launch, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns across all channels.
• Manage campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables end-to-end.
• Coordinate execution across email, paid media, organic social, web, content, webinars, events, partners, and customer marketing.
• Ensure campaigns align to audiences, funnel stages, product priorities, and revenue goals.
• Monitor pacing and results, identify issues, and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain consistent campaign documentation, naming conventions, tracking links, and inputs.
