Field Locker in the UK is seeking a Home-based Telephone Market Research Interviewer for flexible, casual hours. You will conduct telephone interviews with businesses and the public using an on-screen questionnaire, recording responses accurately and remaining professional throughout each call.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. You will need a Windows PC, webcam, headset, and a quiet workspace with reliable broadband to participate in training and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• No prior interviewing experience required; paid training provided.
• A Windows PC with a screen of at least 13 inches and a keyboard; Macs/Chromebooks/tablets not compatible.
• A built-in or separate webcam for training and coaching.
• A headset with microphone compatible with your computer.
• Stable broadband with minimum 12 Mbps download speed.
• Private quiet workspace; no overheard calls or background noise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews using an on-screen questionnaire.
• Read questions accurately and record answers correctly.
• Remain professional, polite and engaging with respondents.
• Ask follow-up questions where instructed by the script.
