Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.

• Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Good keyboard skills.
• Flexible working hours available.
• UK resident with valid work permit or settled status evidence; UK bank account and National Insurance Number required.
• Call Centre experience 1 year preferred but not required.
• GCSE or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 shifts (16 hours) per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opinion-based questionnaires/interviews on various subjects.
• No sales; confidential market research only.
• Language assessment 1–3 days after applying is required.
