Job summary

Capstone Partners in Boston is seeking a Market Intelligence Intern to support the research and production of outbound market intelligence content. The intern will work with the Market Intelligence team to collect and analyze M&A, public, and private equity data used in research reports.

The role includes copy editing team content and assisting senior members with research projects and a Lead Generation rotation across coverage industries.

Qualifications

Pursuing a four-year degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or English
Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity are essential
Strong writing and research skills required
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with teams
Familiarity with Capital IQ, FactSet, and PitchBook is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze M&A, public, and private equity data
Copy edit research reports and articles
Track micro and macro-economic trends and industry news for M&A impact
Take on additional projects as needed
