Abbott is seeking a Manager Market Access Patient Services for a remote role with travel to Alameda, CA. You will lead development of a high-touch patient hub for a new diabetes device, partnering with market access, finance, legal, trade, marketing and global teams to ensure launch readiness.

With 10+ years in pharma patient services and proven vendor leadership, you will design programs, SOPs and training in regulated settings, tracking KPIs and lifecycle changes to streamline patient support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical patient services or related market access fields.
• 3+ years leading vendor performance or operational teams.
• Experience designing patient support programs, SOPs and training in regulated environments.
• Strong program, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence in a matrixed org.
• Proficiency with case management/CRM platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the patient services hub development for a new diabetes device launch.
• Oversee vendor relationships and integration of the hub into Abbott Diabetes Care.
• Set KPIs and manage readiness, training, communications, and lifecycle updates.
