Axiom is seeking a Market Access Attorney to advise Life Sciences clients on pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex access agreements, guiding clients through Medicaid Best Price, AMP, 340B, and VA/FSS requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align compliant market access strategies.

The position is remote within the United States, offering opportunities to influence commercial success while mitigating legal risk.

Qualifications

5–8 years of attorney experience in pharma or biotech with market access focus.
Strong knowledge of FDA laws, pricing, and government pricing programs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate market access-related agreements (PBM, payer, GPO, rebates, pricing).
Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and government pricing obligations (Medicaid, AMP, ASP, 340B, VA/FSS).
Support patient access programs and anti-kickback considerations.
Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, compliance, and HEOR teams to ensure compliant strategies.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting market access and contracting.
