Blu Omega LLC is seeking Manual Salesforce Testers to support the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions for federal programs. This role involves hands-on manual testing across the SDLC to ensure high-quality releases, with a remote work setup and eligibility for government credentials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA or software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with manual application testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform, data models, security, automation, and integrations.
• Experience testing complex business workflows and Salesforce functionality.
• Defect tracking, test evidence documentation, and requirements traceability skills.
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials, including a PIV if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical designs to develop comprehensive manual testing strategies.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, scenarios, and requirements traceability across Salesforce applications and related integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, end‑to‑end, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate Salesforce functionality, including data models, user roles, permissions, security, automation, and integrations.
• Test application interfaces and data flows to ensure accurate processing across systems.
• Identify, document, track, and triage defects; assist developers with root‑cause analysis.
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is maintained.
• Maintain requirements traceability and test coverage throughout releases.
• Report testing progress, coverage, defects, risks, and release readiness using objective test evidence.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve quality issues during the SDLC.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planning.
