Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company seeks a Program Director to lead the strategic planning and execution of Manhattan WMS and OMS deployments across its operations. You will manage a centralized Program Management Team, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement of systems across multiple warehouses. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in logistics and program management, particularly with Manhattan products, and is capable of overseeing large-scale budgets while driving team performance. Remote work is available with significant travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or IT program management.
• 5+ years deploying Manhattan WMS and OMS.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site WMS rollouts in a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized Program Management Team for project execution.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS/OMS solutions.
• Ensure site readiness and SOP alignment at each warehouse.
