Job summary

Symphony Solutions is seeking a Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) Functional Template Consultant to join a global, remote team. You will configure, maintain and improve the client's MAO template, aligning with approved designs and deployment processes.

The role requires hands-on MAO configuration expertise, understanding of order lifecycle management, and the ability to translate business needs into standardized OMS templates for global use. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration and deployment of Manhattan Active OMS templates.
• Experience with order lifecycle management and MAO configuration.
• Remote work capability and collaboration with global IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate as extension of client's Global IT Center of Excellence, under client's direction, priorities and governance.
• Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance and enhancement of the MAO template.
• Follow established designs, architecture principles, configuration guardrails, testing standards and deployment processes.
• Support implementation teams with configuration expertise, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency, quality and repeatability of template configuration and deployment.
