Job summary

Mantra Health is seeking mandarin-speaking licensed therapists to provide fully remote virtual therapy to college students across the United States. This 1099 position offers flexible scheduling, with hours between 8am and Midnight, seven days a week, and a commitment of at least 8 hours per week during the academic year.

Compensation includes per-session and ad-hoc bonuses, with licensure support available.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical licensure in NY (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LMHC-D).
• Multi-state licensure is an added advantage.
• Ability to conduct biopsychosocial intakes and clear diagnostic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions (MI, CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Collaborate via our portal with students, campus providers, and supervisors.
• Maintain timely, accurate records of clinical interactions for continuity of care.
