TAG Software Group seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead a software business or portfolio. You will own the P&L, define strategic direction, and drive growth and profitability across sales, marketing, R&D, customer service, and HR.

You will build high-performing leadership, scale customer success, and leverage AI to enhance products, services, and operations, while maintaining long-term value and resilience.

• Proven ability to own a P&L and drive growth and profitability.
