Job summary

Consociate Health is seeking a Manager of Provider Network and Pricing Strategy to oversee provider contracts, fee schedules, and network data within a TPA environment. You will lead a team, coordinate with IT and external partners, and ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, data integrity, and collaboration across Claims, Provider Relations, Client Services, Compliance, and vendor partners to optimize pricing logic and network configuration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in provider data management, network configuration, or similar.
• Experience with provider rosters, contracts, fee schedules, and demographics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider data collection, validation, and maintenance across systems.
• Load network configurations, fee schedules, pricing, and rules into systems.
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot data and configuration issues.
• Lead UAT and collaborate with external partners on network changes.
• Supervise and develop a team of data analysts and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain audit trails.
