Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Applications to ensure compliant, reliable, and validated enterprise manufacturing platforms supporting GxP-regulated operations.

Remote role with strong preference for candidates near Coralville, IA or Fargo, ND. You will lead end-to-end management of GxP-regulated systems and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and IT to enable scalable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience managing or supporting manufacturing IT systems in regulated environments.
• Experience with GxP-regulated systems, validation support, and change control.
• Strong understanding of MES, LIMS, QMS, and related manufacturing platforms.
• Experience with IT service management and code-level integrations using modern web tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of GxP-regulated manufacturing systems.
• Ensure systems comply with GxP regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate validation planning, risk assessments, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee system performance, incident management, CAPAs, and improvements.
• Manage vendors and service partners, ensuring performance and documentation.
• Maintain inspection-ready docs and support audits.
