The role requires 4–6 years in managed care contract administration, AR, and leadership experience, with strong SQL, data analysis, and contract management software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in managed care contract administration, accounts receivable, or related field.
• 1–3 years of prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and supports the performance of team members to meet objectives.
• Manages contract implementation in the contract management system, including coding updates for new service definitions and rate changes.
• Ensures accurate interpretation and programming of contract language reflecting negotiated rate structures.
• Troubleshoots issues with stakeholders and verifies contract calculations, guiding expressions and logic.
• Monitors updates in coding schemes (ICD, CPT, DRG) to anticipate impacts on terms.
• Analyzes benchmarks and performance metrics to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Provides insights to contract negotiators for clarity and accuracy in terms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
