Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Managed Care Enrollment Specialist I to work remotely, enrolling and revalidating providers with managed care payers and ensuring proper credentialing for high-quality care.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills to compile enrollment applications, maintain records, generate reports, and coordinate with providers, while upholding compliance across payers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare administration utilizing advanced Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills required.
• Strong organization, analytical, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Compile and submit payer enrollment and revalidation applications with accuracy.
• Maintain enrollment records and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create reports for managed care payers and audit payer records for compliance.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure accurate credentials and locations.
• Act as liaison for external privileging and ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain department standards and regulatory compliance.
